Biostatic properties of product have been confirmed microbiologically using reference bacterial strain of (Staphylococcus aureus  ATTC 6538). Various concentration of silica including nano particles of silver after zero, 2 h of contact with bacteria, after 4 h and after 24 h were tested. The results obtained have been presented in logarithmic scale in Fig. 5. It results univocally, that silica with silver nano particles demonstrates biostatic properties depending on concentration. The greater concentration of silica with silver nano particles in a sample under test, the faster and more effective growth of bacteria creating Staphylococcus aureus is stopped, and even in some cases, number of bacteria has been reduced to zero after 24 h.
