Resolution No 1907/2006 of European Parliament and European Council of 18.12.2006 on registration, evaluation and granting authorization and applied restrictions within the scope of chemicals (Registration, Evaluation and Authorization of CHemicals - REACH) ) has become valid on 1 June 2007.
Resolution puts also obligations to further users of substances and chemical preparations. According to resolution content, further user is authorised to transfer in writing information on application of substance in his vocational activities (Art. 37. of REACH Resolution). This information allows preparing an appropriate Exposure Scenario. Information may be transferred using ready
form on our www.
