REACH
Regulation No 1907/2006 of the European Parliament and the Council of 18 December 2006 concerning the Registration, Evaluation, Authorisation and Restriction of Chemicals (Registration, Evaluation and Authorization of CHemicals - REACH) came into force on 1 June 2007.

The REACH regulation requires manufacturers and importers of a number of commitments related to the production, marketing and use of substances on their own, in preparations or in the article. The Regulation also imposes obligations on downstream users of chemical substances and preparations. According to the regulation downstream user has the right to provide written information on the use of substances in their professional activities (Article 37 of the REACH Regulation). This information will allow for the preparation of an appropriate exposure scenario. This can be done using the form on our website.

POCH ensures that all materials offered to customers are consistent with the requirements of the REACH Regulation (pre-registered or registered). REACH Registration numbers are available in the safety data sheet in section 1 (substances) or in section 3 (mixture). SDS can be downloaded through the product catalog or SDS catalog.

POCH has pre-registered all substances that may require registration. The list of substances pre-registered is available here.

CLP
Regulation of the European Parliament and Council Regulation (EC) No 1272/2008 of 16 December 2008 on classification, labeling and packaging of substances and mixtures, and amending and repealing Directives 67/548/EEC and 1999/45/EC, and amending Regulation (EC ) No 1907/2006, hereinafter abbreviated to the CLP Regulation introduces new rules for classification and labeling of substances and mixtures. Information on the implementation of the Regulation's requirements can be found in CLP section.
In accordance with the requirements of Avantor Performance Materials Poland S.A. has notified the classification of all substances for which notification was required.
