Quality
Assurance of the best quality of products, thus delivering to our Customers maximum satisfaction from their usage is a basic
task realised by Avantor Performance Materials company. All products offered are the subject to control prior to release to
distribution, their conformance with standards and Customers requirements is checked, constant verification of suppliers
cooperating with the company is performed.
Quality in our company is understood as a value which is expected by our Customers. The most important tool which is used to
realize this assumption is Quality Management System implemented on site. System was certified for the first time in 1998 . It
was updated according to ISO 9001:2008 standard and is constantly improved what is confirmed by positive results of audits of
both certifiers and our Customers.
Gliwice plant has also implemented FAMI-QS standards which were elaborated by the European Association of Producers of
Specialty Feed Ingredients and their Mixtures in order to assure safety, quality and assurance that feed safety regulatory
requirements are met, and thanks to this mitigating the risk that unsafe specialty feed ingredients and their mixtures enter the
feed and food chain. In order to assure these standards are kept, plant in Gliwice works based on Food safety policy of
products provided for food and feed industry. It obliges all employees to realize established aims and to increase
understanding of importance of assurance of food safety for products delivered to our trade partners.
Avantor Performance Materials company has developed comprehensive Change Management System (MOC) in which rules and
range of information about changes to the products delivered to our Customers were defined. Each of our products was
classified under one of five tiers of change control notification. This way we want to assure that our Customers always receive
the range of information concerning changes, adapted to their needs.

DECLARATIONS/STATEMENTS
For products that are classified as regulated (HR, R and RL), Avantor Performance Materials company provides information
concerning status for BSE/TSE, GMO, Residual Solvents / Organic Volatile Impurities and Residual Metal Catalysts. These data
are included in Product Regulatory Data Sheet.
For products classified as non-regulated (NI and N) above mentioned declarations are not issued.
We do not complete individual customer documentation.
Avantor Performance Materials prepared Site Quality Overview document which includes essential information about the plant.
Current version of the document is delivered to our Customers upon requests.
