Quality
Providing the highest quality products, thus furnishing all Customers of the Company with maximum satisfaction of their utilization is the basic task being executed in the Company. All products offered to the receivers are subject to complete control before approving them for sale. Conformity with standards and requirements of our Customers is controlled. The Company conducts continuous verification of suppliers cooperating with it.
The production processes are monitored. Quality assurance is obtained mostly due to participation of qualified personnel of the Company. We understand quality as a value expected by our Customers. The most important tool to reach this assumption is the implemented Quality Assurance System, certified for the first time in 1998. The system amended according to the guidelines of ISO 9001:2008 is maintained and constantly improved. It is acknowledged by audits carried out by the certifying body and Customers as well as the Certificate obtained several times.
The FAMI-QS standard has been developed by the European Association of Premixes and Feed Additives Manufacturers in order to determine uniform requirements within the scope of hygiene and quality. To provide these standards, the company operates based on the Food Safety Policy of products delivered for the needs of the food and feed industry. This imposes on all employees aware realization of the assumed goals increasing the comprehension of the nature of providing food safety of products offered to our trade partners.
Based on the inspection carried out by the Main Pharmaceutical Inspectorate from 9-10.02.2010, it was found that POCh S.A. meets the requirements of Good Manufacturing Practice provided by the Directive 2003/94/EC. The Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) is the European Union and World standard developed by Food and Drug Administration, the organization responsible for registering drugs and food. The GMP standards concern purchasing materials and products, inspection activities regarding supervision of single manufacturing, releasing and batch certification, warehousing and distribution processes. GMP is a guarantee of the best quality of products and raw materials. This certificate confirms the operations that have been performed in POCh S.A. for a long time - we take all necessary care to provide our customers with the best quality PRODUCTS!

Environment
POCH S. A., being manufacturer and provider of chemical reagents and purified chemicals, striving to balance the development and appreciating the significance of ecological issues, has implemented the Environmental Management System, which conforms to the requirements of ISO 14001 Standard. All decisions made within our business activity consider environmental issues. We accept observing legal requirements related to environment as minimum ones.
Our Company conducts all production processes according to the environment protection regulations. To this end, our production departments utilize many devices reducing pollution which might penetrate to air, soil and sewage. The by-products, which due to their composition constitute technological value, are returned after preliminary processing to production cycle, the other ones are utilized to a form which do not pose hazard to the environment.
Work
POCH S. A., a company that manufactures chemicals, attaches importance to providing our employees with proper working conditions. To this end, we implement the Safety at Work Management System which conforms to the guidelines of PN-N-18001 Standard.
