Assurance of the best quality of our products and consequently providing all our Clients with maximum satisfaction of using them is the basic task executed by our Company. All products offered to Customers are subjected to full control before they are permitted for any commercial traffic. Their compliance with appropriate standards and our Customers requirements is being checked. Continuous verification of vendors cooperating with our Company is also carried on.
Production processes are monitored. Qualified staff of our Company contributes strongly to our quality assurance. We, in our Company, understand quality as the value expected by our Clients from us. The most important tool used to implement that assumption is our, introduced, Quality Management System which was certified for the first time in 1998. This System, upgraded to meet requirements of ISO 9001: 2000 standard, is being maintained and continuously improved. Subsequent audits performed by the certifying body and also by our Clients as well as next time obtained Certificate confirm those.
To meet expectations of our Client we have implemented and certified the Internal Inspection System concerning sales of goods of strategic importance. This System is based on our Quality Management System.
