We kindly inform you that the Supervisory Board of POCH S.A. took the decision to make changes in the company management. Mr. Thomas Horne was replaced by Mr. Tomasz Wałęsa, who until present acted as the vice president.
We believe that the changes we made in the company management will not only allow
the provision of the current management continuity but they will also be a perfect contribution to its further development. The company faces new challenges which will allow using POCH potential in the most optimal way. We plan to focus on innovations of the production processes, new technologies, and modern products, which will meet market requirements.
Of our latest achievements, it is worthwhile to mention working out an effective method of supporting the fight with drug addiction - a GHB presence detection test and a test detecting presence of drugs in the hair.
Mr. Tomasz Wałęsa has been working for POCH S.A. since 2003 and was responsible
for managing and leading the production divisions, quality control, logistics, purchasing
and environment protection. In this time, he, among others, managed the project of taking over the Irish company Labscan and its equipment and technologies relocation in order to start own production of high purity solvents for HPCL. Previously, he was responsible for sales and marketing divisions.
We are convinced that effective management of the company and partner cooperation with
its contractors will enhance the competitiveness of POCH not only on the Polish but also on the international market.
