The career planning is determination of areas which are most interesting for you and are fit to your predispositions. Therefore we plan individual development and career paths - paths of promotion within the Company organizational structure for particular posts.
The work, once assumed on a given post, has not to be the "life time" assignment. You can change your work without changing the Company.
Beginning your work e.g. in production department you do not have to stay there. After some time, depending on your predispostion, you can change department and be assigned there, where you will obtain best results.
Together with your supervisor you will determine your professional goals. On this base and also basing on your yearly effectiveness appraisal you will select trainings, which will be most useful for you.
