TYour needs will change together with your experience gaining in the Company, therefore, we have developed appropriate training programs, including:
Mandatory training:
During these trainings you will learn about the Quality Assurance System and the Environment Management System, which procedures and instructions are valid in a given organizational unit of the Company as well as you will be also acquainted with occupational safety and health regulations. You will pass also the training on your work place.
On the job trainings:
From the moment of your work beginning you will be trusted with independent tasks which you will be responsible for. Your supervisor will do her/his best to transfer her/his knowledge and experience to you. She/he will assist you in tasks planning and in occurred problems resolving. These activities will allow you to gain valuable experience and your skills development.
General training:
We propose training allowing your professional qualifications and knowledge upgrading. The training programs for particular employees groups are also on place. E.g. if you will become the member of managerial group it is very likely you will pass the training cycle called "managerial resources improvement". Our program includes also trainings directed to your interpersonal skills - e.g. trainings on assertiveness, effective communication, presentation skill, negotiation skill, and others.
Specialized trainings:
The goal of these trainings is obtaining professional qualifications by you. They are strictly connected with your department and allow the daily work execution on your work place.
Additionally, you can upgrade your qualification by professional. MSC or post graduation studies. If only your studies subject will be in accordance with the Company expectation, the Company will repay you a part of costs born by you for that purpose.
