Extraction thimbles are used for extraction of solids using solvents. They are also used for gaseous pollutions monitoring purposes.
We offer extraction thimbles of two companies: FILTRAK and WHATMAN:
flat- and round bottom of cellulose,
round bottom of glass microfibres.
The cellulose extraction thimbles are manufactured of top quality cotton fibre and are characteristic with excellent retention and mechanical strength. Their max. temperature of work is 120 oC.
The glass microfibre extraction thimbles are manufactured in 100% of high quality borosilicate glass. Because their manufacturing processes do not use any binding additives they present resistance to high temperatures, up to 500 oC.
The extraction thimbles are available in a wide range of diameters and heights.
