POCH S.A. meets the GMP requirements
We have the pleasure to inform you that based on the inspection carried out by the Main Pharmaceutical Inspectorate from 9-10.02.2010, it was found that POCh S.A. meets the requirements of Good Manufacturing Practice provided by the Directive 2003/94/EC. The Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) is the European Union and World standard developed by the Food and Drug Administration, the organization responsible for registering drugs and food. The GMP standards concern purchasing materials and products, inspection activities regarding supervision of single manufacturing, releasing and batch certification, warehousing and distribution processes. GMP is a guarantee of the best quality of products and raw materials. This certificate confirms the operations that have been performed in POCh S.A. for a long time - we take all necessary care to provide our customers with the best quality PRODUCTS!

Information from the Supervisory Board
Warsaw, on April 8th, 2009
Dear Sirs,
The restructuring process taking place in POCH S. A. which transforms the Company into modern, dynamic and competitive entity with stable financial foundations, proceeds according to the plan, accepted in the previous year.
In 2009, we enter the most important stage of the restructuring. The most challenging tasks are still ahead of us, including works related with improving products and gaining new market fields. The slowing down economy poses another challenge, which - I sincerely hope so - we will be able to convert into success of our organization.
The transformation of POCH S. A. into a company achieving market successes, currently requires focusing on operations which are key for the Company. That is why, the Supervisory Board made the decision on creating additional position, Vice-President of the Board for Development and entrusts it to Mr. Tomasz Wałęsa. We are convinced that competences and experience of Mr. Wałęsa will provide efficient execution of the assumed goals.
At the same time, Mr. Jarosław Bieszczad, current Vice-President of the Board for Finances, with the decision of the Supervisory Board has been appointed for the President of the Board.
I hope, that the above decisions will strengthen the standing of our Company and will cause that 2009 will be crucial for the development of POCH S. A.
